Freight

All item prices and shipments F.O.B. Holyoke, MA. A minimum freight charge applies to all orders. All responsibility for shipments passes to Customer upon delivery of the shipment to a common carrier or other carrier if specified by the Customer.

Available Carriers & Services

We offer several Domestic & International shipping methods for your convenience, including services to PO/APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories. At checkout, you will be prompted with all available shipping methods based on your shipping address. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen and the value of the total order. After making your shipping method selection, your total shipping charges will automatically be computed during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Duty & Tax on Shipping

Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government at the destination country and determined based on a combination of the package country of origin or the country of manufacture for the merchandise, and the classification of said merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary and will be determined by the local government upon entry of the merchandise into the destination country and will be billed to the recipient either at the time of delivery or just prior to delivery. AT Surgical Company is not responsible for any fees imposed by destination local governments. AT Surgical Company primarily ships within the USA, Canada, and the U.K. If you are outside of these locations, you may still place an order with us directly by calling 1 (800) 225-2023. Conventional Wisdom on Shipping

Lead Time to Drop Ship: 

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Our lead-time to drop ship is typically 1 – 2 business days. While we try our best to ship your order within two business days of receipt, there could be circumstances when we are unable to do so. In such an event, you will be informed of an estimated shipping date.

Same Day Shipping:

For orders that need to go out the same day, the order must be placed before 12:00 pm EST.

Delivery Time (Standard Shipping):

May take anywhere between 3 and 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery Time (Priority Shipping): Offered at an additional charge, 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Rates & Handling Fees

Shipping costs vary based on the weight and location of the total order. Shipping rates are provided directly by USPS with a $1.00 handling fee applied. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual shipping charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during check out.

International Shipping

Please contact AT Surgical directly by email or telephone if you wish to place an order for international shipment. International shipping rates may vary by location – therefore, international shipping rates will be calculated on an individual basis by request. We will process your order and issue you a purchase order slip with the total amount. We can accept credit cards over the phone or through PayPal. Contact us for more information on costs of shipping for countries outside of the USA.

Wholesale / Bulk Shipping

Wholesale prices are available to the trade upon request. An order minimum of 10 units is required when establishing a new dealer account. If ordering in bulk, please use our Contact information to speak to us further regarding your order or to set up an account. We will provide you with a credit application if not previously established, and a purchase order detailing the total, including shipping fees. We can accept credit cards over the phone or through PayPal.
