Instructions:

  1. Open Main Velcro closure
  2. Open tension straps and lay out support
  3. Put on the brace like a vest and pull down, adjusting shoulder straps so that support will be on hips
  4. The bottom of the support should be at the tailbone for proper placement
  5. Secure main Velcro closure snugly over abdomen
  6. Secure both tension straps to desired amount of pressure
